Rules for Pre Entry

• The entire pick partner team will be charged on the same credit card.
• Open holes must be filled by 7:00 AM the day of the roping or they will be considered turnouts and can not be moved to the drawpot nor will they be refunded.
• No changes to you entry will be made. You can not change picks to draw or draws to picks.
• A roper may combine an open hole with another roper’s open hole but a $25 fee will be charged.

 

 

 

 

How to Pre Enter by Mail or Fax

1. Choose the correct entry blank for the event and the day you are wanting to rope. If you are wanting to pre enter to rope on both days you will need to fill out both forms.
2. Fill out forms completely with your pick and/or drawpot runs.
3. If stalls and RV’s are needed, please fill out Stall and RV Reservation Form.
4. Make sure the credit card info is filled out on all sheets.
5. If Faxing, Fax all of your entries and stall forms with the cover sheet provided to: (903)677-1875
   Must be received by 4:00 PM CST
          June 20, 2008
   If Mailing, mail all your entries and stall forms with the cover sheet provided to:

   Athens, TX 75751
   Must be post marked by June 16, 2008
6. You will receive a fax confirmation
   back that includes your fax cover
   sheet with a confirmation number,
   copies of your entry blanks and a
   credit card receipt.
